Here is my first attempt at a long exposure light stream of traffic, or rather my twentieth attempt, you know how this stuff goes. I originally attempted this in front of the City Hall, unfortunately, there was very little traffic to give a proper stream of light. One of the reasons I chose this particular photo for today was because of the second row of lights at the top of the photo. For those of you who are wondering what the orange lights are, they are actually the top of a bus, displaying the number and destination. The photo has been edited slightly to remove some of the ambient light from the picture, in order to bring the lights into even more focus.

I was extremely happy with the way this photo turned out, and I can't wait to go back and do more.

Well I was using a tripod to keep it steady, as for why it looks like a regular picture, that's mainly down to editing it afterwards, the photo was excessively bright due to the street lights so I toned it down a lot. I toned it down fairly evenly so you don't really notice.
